TOTAL BODY STRENGTH TRAINING WITH A GROUP FITNESS FOCUS
One of the most unique aspects of Body Transform RX, compared to other strength-focused group fitness classes, is that it applies a wide variety of strength-training protocols to help class participants receive constantly varied challenges, which in turn helps to prevent strength and endurance plateaus.
Protocols are time-based, calling for class participants to complete as many clean repetitions (reps) as possible within a time period. There are also rep-based Protocols that have a fixed time period as well as a target rep count.
All parts of the body are working at same and different times to keep muscles at their peak performance to get results.
Help melt that fat away and strengthen your heart muscle with different sets of exercises that keep that heart rate up while having fun. Body Transform RX offers sets of movements that repeat so you are able to improve and challenge yourself with each subsequent set harnessing the heart rate necessary to burn fat and improve your stamina.
LOWER STRENGTH TRAINING
Multiple sets of different exercises, weighted and non-weighted to test and shape the lower body in a way like no other.
Increasing intensity with each set for a satisfying result you have been wanting.
UPPER BODY STRENGTH TRAINING
From lower, on to upper with many different reps of exercises designed to sculpt the arms, chest and back. Blast the excess to reveal a more defined arm and chiselled back and chest.
Challenging core exercises in different sets to really test the core muscles, this is where you will dig deep and see the results that come with the challenge. Feed off the energy of the class and push with all you've got to finish off the class strong.
